Telecare makes it easy to access specialist healthcare without the need for in-person visits. Here’s what the typical process looks like:
Referral
Your GP or healthcare provider can send a referral directly to us.
Some services may also allow self-referrals online.
Booking
Once we’ve received your referral, our team will contact you to confirm details.
You’ll receive an appointment time, usually within 1–3 weeks.
Telehealth Consultation
At your scheduled time, you’ll join your appointment using a secure video link.
No special software is needed — just a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access.
Follow-Up
After your consultation, your healthcare provider will send a summary back to your GP.
If ongoing care is needed, we’ll arrange future appointments.
